After a stay abroad for several years, Sebastian started working as a personal trainer in Berlin in early 2016. He quickly gained a large customer base and decided to open his own sports studio where he could realize his training philosophy, instead of driving all over Berlin every day.
After a long phase of searching for suitable premises and an even longer period of renovation, he finally reached his goal in the summer of 2019 and opened the "Sportsfreund" gym in Prenzlauer Berg together with his brother Daniel.
He had just finished his studies in sports science and was ready for a new challenge. Little by little, the two of them were able to attract more and more customers, so that the gym is now very well attended.
Besides their daily work, Daniel and Sebastian are constantly improving their skills, for example in the field of Neuro Athletics Training. Because their goal is to move people "the right way", in training and beyond.
In order to support you with customized training and nutrition programs, we proceed as follows:
First we define your goals, based on your requirements. We ask for the most important information about your health, satisfaction, training experiences, etc..
In the second step, we conduct tests to monitor success. These include a movement analysis and, if necessary, body measurements, strength and endurance tests as well as a dietary protocol.
In the following we will create the program that will bring you to your destination. It is important to us that it fits into your everyday life and is fun.
Now we start with the training or the change of diet. Step by step we are approaching your goal. Possible is a 1to1 supervision or small group training.
At regular intervals we repeat the initial tests and check if your goals have changed. This way we make sure that you are on the right track.
