Our classes are online-based live sessions. We send the link you need 15 minutes prior the session so you are able to enter via Zoom. Be prepared with towel and water. The joy of moving is most important hereby. We welcome everybody – whether you are a rookie or a professional. We are offering the following courses:
Functional Training (Tuesday 9.00 a.m., Wednesday 7.00 p.m., Friday 6.00 p.m.)
Here you improve your strength, endurance and mobility through bodyweight-exercises. Beside a circle training we do a high intensive intervall training and extensive stretching. Thereby you build up your muscles and avoid pain at the musculoskeletal system.
Kick Box Workout (Monday 6.00 p.m., Thursday 8.00 a.m.)
Beside kicks and punches we do functional strength exercises. This workout makes you sweat definitely. You enhance your endurance, power and coordination. Lastely you loose a lot of bodyfat and blow off your steam.
