Our classes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants. In this way the trainer is able to meet every participant’s needs, to check the movement execution as well as to motivate. The joy of moving is most important hereby. We welcome everybody – whether you are a rookie or a professional. We are offering the following courses:
Functional Training (Tuesday 7.00 a.m., Wednesday 7.00 p.m.)
This full-body workout strengthens your body by three dimensional movements. We use equipment like Slingtrainer, Kettlebells and medicine balls. Here we attribute great importance to a good quality of movement execution. That will make you more able-bodied and will put you in shape.
Outdoor Training (Monday 7.00 p.m., Wednesday 8.00 a.m.)
Moving in the fresh air will put you into a good mood and will strengthen your immune system. Here we combine running exercises with functional training. In this way your overall physical condition will improve. Our training venue is the beautiful Park am Wasserturm in Kollwitzkiez.
Fitness Boxing (Monday 8.00 a.m., Friday 6.00 p.m.)
We will improve your stamina, strength and coordination by applying exercises from boxing. Rope jumping, shadow boxing as well as exercises on the punching back are set up. By letting off steam your pounds will drop.
Self-defense (Tuesday 6.00 p.m., Friday 7.00 a.m.)
Here you will learn to handle physical confrontations by using efficient techniques. Avoiding violence is of primary importance. Both your self-confidence and your body control will be strengthened. Besides partner exercises punch padding and punching bag training are carried out.
Mobility and relaxation (Tuesday 8.00 a.m., Thursday 7.00 p.m.)
Breathing exercises, specific fascia massages and stretching will help you to compensate the often stressful everyday life. Body perception exercises round out the session. In this way you will improve your flexibility, posture and you will avoid pain at your musculoskeletal system.
